Founded in 2014, Praana Tea started as a herbal tea supplier. In 2019, we expanded to include black, green, fruit, and herbal teas. Today, we are a successful specialty tea supplier to the hospitality sector, a wholesale tea supplier, and a private label packer.

Yes, you can return unused and boxed items. Contact us first to see if we can help. Faulty products are eligible for a full refund.

You can pay by credit or debit card {Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex} using PayPal, which is the safest and fastest method of payment. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use their payment methods.

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day. EVRI parcels usually arrive in 2-3 working days. For faster delivery, choose next-day service. European orders take 5-7 working days, and international orders outside Europe take 10-14 working days.

For UK orders, there is no delivery charges to pay regardless of the order value. Our next day express delivery service will be charged at £4.00 per order regardless of the order value.

We ship all over the world. We charge £8 per order to EU countries and £12 per order to rest of the world.
