Yes, you can return unused and boxed items. Please contact us first to see if we can assist. Faulty products are eligible for a full refund.

For orders placed before 2 pm, we dispatch the same day. EVRI parcels typically arrive in 2-3 working days. For quicker delivery, opt for our next-day service. European orders take 5-7 working days, while international orders outside Europe take 10-14 working days.
For UK orders, there is no delivery charges to pay regardless of the order value. Our next day express delivery service will be charged at £4.00 per order regardless of the order value.
We ship all over the world. We charge £8 per order to EU countries and £12 per order to rest of the world.
